Showdown for Inova's co-operation partners on the golf course

– An extremely successful day where performance was top level! exclaimed Hans Jörnestam of Inova, who played for the winning team.
The purpose was not doing business but rather showing the skills that do not belong in the conference room. That was clear to the 20 golf enthusiasts gathering at the Kil golf club just outside Karlstad on 17 September. Eager to challenge their co-operation partners, they therefore grasped their drivers, putters and wedges, and the competition could start.
The initiative to attract new golfers turned out to be a success. The hour and a half of basic trial session can be seen as an investment in participation for years to come.
The competition format chosen for the more experienced players was the so called “Texas scramble”. The participants were divided into four teams. “Texas scramble” means that each team member hits the balls and the team then goes on from the best shots. Despite the wet grass, the results were fine. In the end, the winning party consisted of PG Andersson of Digander Wireless, Stefan Westberg of Öhrlings PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Rolf Edlund of IUC in Arvika and Hans Jörnestam of Inova.
At the following lunch hosted by the golf club, the winners received Inova’s Challenge Cup, but all participants were happy with what they had accomplished.
– This spurs me to practice so that I can advance in future rounds of Inova Closed Invitational, said Helén Marcus of Inova.
