The Inova Incubator is a sign of quality

We want to get to know as many promising business concepts as possible! But in order to come up with the very strongest candidates, we must make a selection. This selection involves assessing how well the business concepts meet Inova’s criteria. In other words, the criteria function as a quality test for entering the Incubator:

• Customer/Market: Is there a well-defined customer and an estimated market?

• Uniqueness : Does this business concept have anything that distinguishes it from other players on a similar market?

• Competitive analysis: Who are the competitors and what are their offers to the market?

• Growth/job openings: Can the future company create growth in the region and, in the long run, increase the number of jobs?

• Management/Team: Is there driving power in the people, do they have the qualities needed to build up a business?

• Business model and budget: What is the envisaged business model like? Are the financial conditions such that the future company can survive for a year?

• Sustainability: Are environmental considerations taken into account? What are the ethical and environmental sustainability aspects?
