Drivhuset welcomes new colleagues

Student-business promoter Drivhuset in Karlstad aims high. Two people were recently hired to give the team even more strength. Last Friday they visited Inova in order to introduce themselves and learn more about Inova 's activities and our mutual co-operation.
Over the past year and a half the operations of Drivhuset ('The Greenhouse') in Karlstad have grown massively.
"We now have clear goals and strategies. We have a well-functioning pre-incubator off the ground and we're funded by the EU. That creates entirely new opportunities," says Drivhuset's managing director Melinda From.
Early this year, the organisation took on two new colleagues who will make the team even stronger.
Patrick Standfast, an ex-business owner, will work with marketing and the Drivhuset pre-incubator.
"Drivhuset is an exciting workplace through its connection to the university. I find the focus on creative businesses in this region particularly interesting since I myself have a background as an artist and songwriter," Patrick explains.
Malin Eide is Drivhuset's other addition.
"I'll be working primarily work with the ENTER training and the competence team of university students associated with Drivhuset."
Malin will take over the responsibilities of Elina Svensson, who is going to manage the co-operation with adult-education centres of the region.
