The atmosphere and the people made Bertil return to Park 124

New office and new company. But the same workplace. When Bertil Edlom switched employers, he made his absence from Park 124 short. Because after having worked from home for a couple of months, he moved back to the place where he prefers to do his job. But with another logo on his business card. “The atmosphere is stimulating and the exciting spread of companies often leads to new and unexpected deals. That’s why I chose to stay in Park 124,” says Bertil, who now works as an application engineer at Cadcraft.

Bertil, who previously worked in Park 124, had no difficulties finding an employer  when looking for a new job last spring. After less than two weeks, he was on the payroll of Cadcraft, a company that wanted to make use of his genuine competence in computer-aided design.  (CAD).

When Bertil suggested that he stay in Park 124, Cadcraft was easily persuaded.
“Our managing director came up to Karlstad from Borås to check if the premises met his requirements. Cadcraft needs access to large and neat conference rooms for courses and customer meetings. We also appreciate the fact that I won’t need to handle the basic services. That allows me to focus on my real job: business,” Bertil explains.

When visiting Park 124, Cadcraft was impressed with the facilities in the building, so everyone agreed Bertil should come back. Which he did on 1 August. And although Bertil today works for another company, much is just as before.
“My tasks are basically the same. I give courses in computer-aided design, I go to customer meetings, I provide support and I work with methodology,” Bertil continues.

Cadcraft has about 25 employees at five sites in Sweden. Bertil describes the company as having broad competence, with specialists in various fields. That, he asserts, is necessary when you want to offer expertise to every specific customer. To conclude, Bertil recommends Park 124 to other small businesses:
“It means a lot to be around competent workmates, even if you’re the only one in your company. Park 124 offers a great environment and good service, so that we can have a nice time while also doing even better businesses,” the satisfied returnee wraps up.
