Project manager impressed ñ great potential in current idea pursuit
{mosimage}The 6 November marked the deadline of the first phase of the recurrent business-plan competition called Venture Cup – The Pursuit of Ideas in Värmland. As a consequence, 30 new business concepts have started to grow. The project manager is impressed with the huge commitment demonstrated by the participants. – The idea keepers are facing a busy period, and they’ve shown great interest in the competition, Chaza Nahra reveals.Serious and focused. That is how project manager Chaza Nahra describes her meetings with this year’s participants in Venture Cup – The Pursuit of Ideas in Värmland. The driving power can be quite helpful now that the idea keepers are to move on to develop complete business plans for their respective entries. When the first phase, “Business concept”, ended on 6 November, 30 ideas had been submitted. The next step will be the jury providing feedback that can help the participants evolve their ideas further in a professional way.
The Pursuit of Ideas is based on three different submission phases, and the final outcome is a complete business plan. Training sessions and participant meetings represent an important part of the competition. The next lecture in the process takes place on 16 November at 4.00 p.m. Then, Peter Kyhlin of Hynell patent agency and Ralf Lyxell of Hamilton law firm will explain how to protect your idea.
Meetings, as well as training sessions, are open to everyone, and new entries can be submitted for future deadlines.
– I look forward to meeting even more enterprising people who take the chance to tie contacts and get support during The Pursuit of Ideas, Chaza rounds off.
